Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Callings account at any time. This page works whether or not you have the app installed. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What is permanently deleted

Your profile, photos, and avatar
Your posts, reels, stories and comments
Messages you have sent
Contacts you synced from your phone, including the names and numbers of people who are not on Callings
Identity and verification documents, including any KYC selfie or liveness recording
Saved items, bookmarks, wallet balance, activity history and notification subscriptions

What we keep, and why

A small amount of data survives deletion because the law requires it. None of it remains linked to your name, email address or phone number — those are erased.

Payment, recharge and payout records — required for tax and accounting.
Reports other users filed about you — safety records, kept so that deleting an account cannot be used to erase a history of abuse.

Delete your account now

Sign in to delete your account. We ask you to sign in so that nobody else can delete your account for you. Signing in uses a one-time code — no password needed.

Can't sign in? Email support@callings.co.in from the email address registered to your account, or include your registered mobile number. We'll verify it's you and delete the account within 30 days.
