These terms apply whenever you use the Callings Link Downloader to save a video, audio track, image or file from YouTube or any other website. They add to our Terms & Conditions. You accept them before your first video download. If you do not agree, do not use the downloader.
You paste a link to a public page or video. We look up what that page publicly offers and, if you choose, prepare a copy of it for you to save to your own device. We do not host, index, recommend or publish the content. The site it comes from, and whoever uploaded it, remain its owners.
You must not use the downloader to copy material that is protected by copyright unless one of the above applies, or unless your use is clearly allowed by law, such as fair dealing under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
YouTube's Terms of Service do not allow you to download content unless YouTube shows a download button or link for it, or the copyright holder gives permission. The same is true of many other platforms. By using the downloader you confirm that you are responsible for following the terms of the site you download from. Callings is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, X or any other platform. All trademarks belong to their owners.
Downloads are for your own private, offline viewing or listening. You must not re-upload, sell, stream, publicly perform or share someone else's downloaded content. You must not remove watermarks or credits, or present it as your own. You must also not use downloads to train AI models or build other services.
To read some videos (including YouTube), we send the video link only to a third-party lookup service (RapidAPI). We never send your name, phone number, email or account details. The finished file is prepared on our servers and deleted automatically as soon as it has been handed to you, or within two hours if it is not collected. We keep a short history of your saves so you can find them again. You can clear it from the downloader page. See our Privacy Policy.
The downloader is a free convenience feature provided "as is". Videos longer than 60 minutes, qualities above 1080p, and some formats are not offered. Individual platforms may refuse a link. The feature may be limited, paused or withdrawn at any time, for example when a monthly lookup limit is reached, without notice or liability.
You alone are responsible for what you download and how you use it. You agree to indemnify Callings against claims arising from your misuse of the downloader. To the extent permitted by law, Callings is not liable for any loss or damage caused by downloaded content or by the feature being unavailable.
If you believe the downloader is being used to infringe your copyright, email support@callings.co.in with the link concerned and proof of ownership. We will act on valid notices, which can include blocking that link and suspending the member responsible.
We may suspend downloader access, or your whole account, if you break these terms. When we materially change these terms, we will ask you to accept them again before your next video download.
